Bryan Clover is our lead consultant and has over a decade of experience leading multi-site teams and delivering high quality service in the Third Sector. Following a successful 20 years in the Royal Air Force, he began a second career taking his skills into the charity world. Bryan led Help the Aged’s Services and Innovation Teams for three years. He also devised, developed and secured long term funding for new programmes.
From there he moved to The Royal British Legion where he was charged with shaping and designing two new services for the ex-Service community - a welfare benefits and debt advice programme, and a handyman scheme designed to provide practical help in the home.
His most recent post was as Director of Elizabeth Finn Care’s grant-making Department, delivering £3.5 million worth of financial assistance to over 4,000 people. He achieved ‘Investing in Volunteers’ accreditation from Volunteering England and won an ‘Innovation in Grant-Making’ award at the Third Sector Excellence Awards. The role also involved a full organisation re-design and re-build to make the Charity financially sustainable into the future. As part of that role, he helped smaller charities to develop their activities in such a way as to make them more effective and efficient, with a strong focus on the service user.
